Startup Weekend San Francisco

Join us for a high energy weekend of building, coding and creating in downtown SF. The event will be held at the Dev Bootcamp office.

Dev Bootcamp is a 10 week intensive program that teaches Ruby/Rails web development. Expect there to be a high number of Dev Bootcamp students, grads and mentors in attendance to build beautiful and meaningful things.

Things to bring and remember:

1. Bring a laptop

2. Bring headphones if you need to drown out all the noise while working

3. We have a ton on monitors at the site, so bring a VGA or DVI cable if you want to hook up you laptop

4. Parking really sucks at this location. We recommend BART or MUNI. We are also on a moderate hill, so be prepared for a bit of exercise.

5. Check out this site of super useful resources: http://www.tokbox.com/blog/having-fun-at-startup-weekend/

6. Great intro to Stocks and Options for founders by one of the event’s judges: http://blog.dweek.ly/introduction-to-stock-options-startup-founder-entrepreneur-employee/
